When will we ship the package?

• Processing Time: Normally, we will ship the items from our warehouse within 5-7 business days after the customer places an order. The order processing time is the time difference between the order cut-off time on the day the order is placed and when the goods are ready to be shipped (given to the transportation company). We ship with China Post, FedEx, DHL, USPS. 
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for international orders is 8-20 business days. Delivery time is the amount of time it takes for the transportation company to get the item into the hands of the customer.
• Flat rate standard shipping fee: $6 per order (regardless of order size or weight).
• Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 13-27 business days.

Due to each country's customs clearance policy, and weather and other uncontrollable factors, delivery time may be delayed by 10 working days, please do not worry, patience, if you have not received the goods within 40 days from the order, please contact us!

This means that within 30 days of receiving your order, you can apply for a return and refund.

Returns

• To start a return, you need to contact us at lenygoods@gmail.com. State the reason for the return and provide the order number. We will respond to you within 3 business days.

• You are responsible for the cost of the return, such as return shipping.
• If the product is shipped without our consent or cash on delivery is chosen, we will not accept such returns.

Refunds

If approved, you will automatically receive a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and issue the refund.

Exchanges

Damage and Issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and the order number so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. For defective/damaged or wrong items, you can return the item free of charge and receive the item amount and shipping fee you paid for this order.
