When will we ship the package?
- Processing Time: Normally, we will ship the items from our warehouse within 5-7 business days after the customer places an order. The order processing time is the time difference between the order cut-off time on the day the order is placed and when the goods are ready to be shipped (given to the transportation company). We ship with China Post, FedEx, DHL, USPS.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for international orders is 8-20 business days. Delivery time is the amount of time it takes for the transportation company to get the item into the hands of the customer.
- Flat rate standard shipping fee: $6 per order (regardless of order size or weight).
- Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 13-27 business days.
Note:
Due to each country's customs clearance policy, and weather and other uncontrollable factors, delivery time may be delayed by 10 working days, please do not worry, patience, if you have not received the goods within 40 days from the order, please contact us!
About Tax
We do not charge any taxes on orders. Nevertheless, your order may be subject to taxation by the customs authorities of your country, for which we are not responsible and which the customer is required to pay.
