Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

This means that within 30 days of receiving your order, you can apply for a return and refund.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on discounted promotional items.

We are not responsible for any failure of delivery if an incorrect address is provided, so please check the address when placing your order!

 

Returns

  • To start a return, you need to contact us at lenygoods@gmail.com. State the reason for the return and provide the order number and product photos. We will respond to you within 3 business days (excluding Chinese statutory holidays).
  • Once we approve your return request, you need to send the item to the following address: 2305-1, Wuyuan Golden Green Plaza, Huli District, Xiamen, Fujian, China 361016 You need to pay for the return shipping yourself. If the item is sent without our consent or cash on delivery is selected, we will not accept such returns.

 

Refunds

  • Please keep the tracking information of your return package. We will process the return within 5 business days of receiving the package (excluding Chinese statutory holidays) and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and issue the refund.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. (If the color or size is not suitable and you want to exchange, please apply for a return and re-purchase)

 

Damage and Issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and the order number so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. For defective/damaged or wrong items, you can return the item free of charge and receive the item amount and shipping fee you paid for this order.
